  • -La tarjeta de turismo es un impuesto obligatorio que deben pagar todas las personas nacionales y extranjeras para ingresar a la isla de San Andrés. Su valor para el año 2025 es de 143.000 COP (pesos colombianos).

    -Los niños menores de 7 años no pagan este impuesto.

    -NO está incluido en ninguno de nuestros planes.

    -La aerolínea te venderá la tarjeta en el aeropuerto de origen, debes diligenciarla y presentarla en el aeropuerto de San Andrés.

  • La única forma de viajar a San Andrés es en avión. Si viajas desde fuera de Colombia puedes hacer escala en alguna ciudad del país y desde allí tomar un vuelo directo.

  • Si, en cada uno de nuestros hoteles tenemos el servicio de traslados en horario diurno y nocturno, solo debes hacer tu solicitud vía correo o llamada.

  • ¿Llegarás antes de las 3:00 p.m. al hotel? ó ¿Tu vuelo será horas después de la 1:00 p.m.?

    ¡No te preocupes! Guardaremos tu equipaje en el lobby, solo debes solicitarlo en la recepción.
